By time management we mean sharing your time for your work. Because of time management, we can do a lot of work in a short time. If we want to do a lot of smart things, we must make the most of our time.
There is, of course, a need to set goals that are achievable. It would never be wise to set unrealistic goals. We can use the term SMART to set goals. The word smart can be formatted as Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
When it comes to time management, the most important tasks in the daily work list should be put in the first row.
• Important and Urgent: Must be completed first.
• Important but not urgent - Decide when to do it
• Urgent but not important- You may or may not do that if you wish.
• Not Urgent and Not Important: Decide to do such things later.
You need to have a short time character before starting any work. Suppose you want to start a new business. But the plan in your head will do business in the next 6 months. But there is no plan for how to get started. In this case, we can divide the tasks into smaller parts to figure out how to get started. For example, in the next two days, I will raise money for my business, then in two days I will collect the raw materials, after that, I will launch the social media accounts in two days. If we do time management in this way then we can do a lot of work in a short time.
If we continue to work all day, we will never be able to do much. So while working, you must take a short break when a task is completed. When I take a break, it is convenient to start another job.
You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. I have to ask myself what I want to do. If necessary, it should be marked on the calendar page. Then when he wants to complete the work, then the work will be completed.
In daily life, we waste time doing many unnecessary things. So if you want to use your time properly, you have to eliminate unnecessary tasks from your life. Find out for yourself what you can do best and only after finding out that he has to focus on this work. At the same time, the necessary work must be removed from the edge of life. Only then will there be plenty of time to achieve the set goals.
The most important and effective way to manage time is to keep a list of what you will do every day. You need to have a clear idea of what I will do today or tomorrow. If necessary, it should be listed and made a habit. However, it will be possible to adapt to the term time management.
We do a lot of things that can be thrown away. Coffee could be made at home without wasting an hour sitting in a cafe on the pretext of having coffee in the morning. E-mails could also be read while drinking coffee. In this way, we waste our time browsing the internet, searching for irrelevant information, and watching videos on YouTube. We have to be conscious of these issues.
