We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehouse manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Liaison with Customs office and other Regional Office for shipping instruction & SOP compliance, Month-END execution, Cost Control, Monitor the shipping lead-time and Issue-log updating.
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system as well as ERP system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
Assisting with deliveries where required.
Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
Develop, implement and sustain a production planning system to ensure on time in full delivery to our customers.
Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
Works directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for finished goods transportation to customers.
Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
Supports proper utilization of ERP system.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in related subject;
Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent degree from a reputed Public or Private University (DU, RU, JU, NSU, IUB, EWU will get preference);
