Responsibilities and Duties:

  • We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.
  • Attending clients' needs, concerns, and complaints and making sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulations.
  • You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit and deal with the customers.
  • Meet queries from student's in-person or via phone
  • Record student's information from the student's
  • Take student's history appropriately
  • Record student's data into the system
  • Assists in duties as deemed necessary by Management.
  • The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for the selection of staff in the hiring process and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements

  • Approaching Graduation from a reputed Private / Public University or Diploma Holer can be applied.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years (s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Must have sound physical health.
